STEPS OF REWINDING
- New spindle motor is tightly winded.
- Motor is then tested for BSD (Body Short circuit).
- BSD passed motor is then tested for required frequency and speed.
- Successful testing of the motor is then undergo the process of epoxy for the safety of motor.
- Lastly the motor is installed in the spindle and then tested again.
